Description
The Pratapgarh Pure A2 Desi ghee is made using the traditional Bilona Method. In order to make 1 Liter of ghee, around 25-30 liters of Pure A2 milk from desi cows is required. Curd, instead of cream, is used to make A2 Desi ghee.
How A2 Desi Ghee is Made?
The A2 milk obtained from Desi cows is boiled and curdled overnight. Then the curd is churned bi-directionally using a Vedic Bilona. This churning separates the butter from the buttermilk. The butter is then heated in clay pots to produce A2 Desi Ghee.
